Challenges are part of life. They can make you stronger and can give you more power. You deserve a life filled with love, joy, happiness and abundance.

CREATIVE VISUALIZATION – See yourself at the end of 2017. On 31 December 2017 where do you want to be.? As you look back on the last 365 days. This is what I accomplished, I did this, I gave that, I experienced this. It’s an amazing exercise. Project yourself into the future and then look back.

SET GOALS – Write down small and short term goals as well as long term goals. 90 day goals, 3 months then take those goals and write down monthly goals, then weekly goals. Put them where you can see them on a regular basis.

NO MORE EXCUSES – Be honest with yourself. Live a life of integrity and ethics. Say no more excuses.

FIND AT LEAST TWO MENTORS – A health and well-being mentor to keep you on track, a business or legal mentor. Someone who is a trusted expert in their field that can advise or train you.

READ – Empowering books, these keep you sharp. No time you say – listen to audiobooks. Self development keeps you ahead. Subscribe to Audible.com and download to your phone or ipod and listen while driving, cleaning house or jogging. Get to know a lot about things that are important in your life. Things that are going to make a difference in your life. Things that will help you attract what you desire.

MAKE A HEALTH PLAN – do you want to gain more muscle, lose fat. How many hours a week do you want to set aside to commit to that exercise plan to achieve it? Make an appointment to see your chiropractor, physiotherapist or acupuncturist, whatever it takes to maximise on your vitality. Think of it as a maintenance plan just as you would for your vehicle.

ASK MORE QUESTIONS – talk less as you don’t discover much. Find answers by listening actively to questions asked of everyone as it relates to your goals.

HAVE THE RIGHT KIND OF FRIENDS – ones that are enthusiastic, like minded and believe in personal goal setting. Achievers and go-getters pull you along.

SEE YOURSELF AT YOUR FUNERAL – who will be there? Doesn’t make a difference how many. How do you want them to remember you? What do you want them to miss most about you? What do you want to be known for.? This is who you are.

PAY IT FORWARD – if you have a chance to make a difference by helping someone, do it. Do something positive for the world. Donate to a charity. Volunteer a few hours a week to serve sandwiches to the homeless. Whatever it takes to pay it forward.
